Match & Derby: Blast Race PvP

The first match-3 puzzle × live PvP race

A puzzle board driving a live horse race. The size and colour of every match decides how fast your horse runs, so solving the board and winning the race are the same action rather than two modes stitched together.

01

One screen, two things happening

The board is at the bottom and the race is at the top, and they are the same event. Every match you clear is distance your horse covers.

02

A puzzle game that is also a race

Nobody had put these two together before, which sounds like a gimmick until you play a round and the board starts behaving like a throttle.

03

There is a table, and you are on it

World, sprint and grand prix rankings run continuously. Your place on them is why the next race matters more than the last one did.

04

It is live, and you can see the gap

Every runner's split is on screen while the race is happening. Falling behind on the board shows up on the track immediately, which makes the pressure legible without a line of tutorial text.

05

The horse is yours to build

Speed, stamina and acceleration are separate numbers you raise deliberately. Two players working the same board can be running very different animals.

06

Rewards sit on the road you were already on

The ladder is made of trophies you would have earned anyway. Nothing asks you to play a different way to reach it.

07

Boosters are moves, not purchases

Each one does something specific to the board — clears a line, breaks a colour, buys a second. Knowing when to spend one is worth more than owning it.

08

New horses are earned in trophies

Each is a stat block you can read before committing to it, unlocked at a trophy count rather than a price. What you are working toward stays visible.

09

Three ways to run the same thousand metres

Sprint, Grand Prix and Rush change the stakes and the field rather than the rules. Picking one is picking how much you want riding on it.

10

And one that is pure luck

Luck & Derby is the single place the board does not decide the outcome. It is short, it is a break, and it pays into the same trophies as everything else.
